Member management and benefit utilisation on Uber Health
Store contact information, save trip preferences and track utilisation at the individual level for your riders (known as members) on the Uber Health dashboard. Coordinators who book trips using the member profile spend up to 25% less time on the ride booking form. Once these profiles are created, define restrictions at the trip level to track spending and usage within your organisation by creating plans for your members.

After working with your Uber Health representative to turn on this feature, here’s how to get started.
STEP 1: Create a plan
Plans are ways to group members to give them access to particular benefits or policies; they contain one or more benefit structures, which is where the rules of trip utilisation are defined. For example, this may be groupings of patients based on types of care that they receive (e.g. patients with recurring appointments may have different ride allowances than patients who need an annual visit).
Your Plan ID can be any naming convention that makes sense to your organisation to group your riders. Unless you’re running a specific time-based program, we suggest setting the active date for at least a year.
You’ll later associate particular members with this plan ID.
STEP 2: Create a benefit: Define the rules of your plan
Set restrictions on locations, spending, mileage, trip times and more. Want to track utilisation without enforcing limits? Create an unlimited benefit.
STEP 3: Associate new or existing members to the plan to start tracking utilisation
If you already have members, add a Plan ID to their profile in the Members tab, or you can update in bulk using the csv template available when you click ‘Add Members’ on the top right corner after you’ve created your plan.
Otherwise, add new members and make sure you use the corresponding plan ID that you just created.
