Terms and Conditions

Uber Health organizations that meet the eligibility criteria will be eligible to receive Uber Health credits on qualifying spend in the Dashboard. Uber Health credits can be used to pay for Uber Health trips (excluding Grocery, Prescription Delivery and 3rd party NEMT).

Eligibility

To qualify for this incentive, your organization must:

  • Have an Uber Health Corporate Account within the United States.

  • Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing.

  • Receive a program eligibility email prior to the Offer Program Start Date.

  • Spend a minimum of the amount (excluding tips and support adjustments) in User Charges, as outlined in the program eligibility email, on any Uber Health trips (excluding Grocery, Prescription Delivery and 3rd party NEMT) within sixty (60) days from the program start date ("Eligibility Period") to be eligible for the incentives.

  • Comply with the applicable Uber Health General Terms and Conditions that the organization accepted when creating the Corporate Account. Undefined, capitalized terms used in these terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Uber Health General Terms and Conditions.

Reward

  • When your organization spends the minimum amount outlined in the program eligibility email (excluding tips and support adjustments) on eligible Uber Health products during the Eligibility Period, the Corporate Account will receive the reward outlined in the email in Uber Health credits in the Admin Dashboard.

  • Uber Health credits will appear under the Billing tab on the Admin Dashboard within thirty (30) business days after the program ends.

  • Rewards will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing throughout the Eligibility Period.

Additional Terms

  • Eligible Spend: Only trip spend (excluding tips and support adjustments) on Uber Health products (excluding Grocery, Prescription Delivery and 3rd party NEMT) is eligible. Spend outside these parameters, such as overages on spending allowances charged to an individual Authorized User’s payment method, is not eligible. Spend on tips, canceled trips or refunded amounts are not eligible.

  • Credit Usage: Uber Health credits can be used for eligible Uber Health trips associated with the Corporate Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards.

  • Expiration: Uber Health credits earned through this offer do not expire, as long as the Corporate Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to revoke any unused credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms or the Uber Health General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If the Corporate Account is terminated, any remaining credits will be forfeited.

  • No Cash Value: Uber Health credits have no intrinsic value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and serve merely as a means to provide an incentive to use Uber services. Uber Health credits may not be purchased for cash, and we or our affiliates do not sell Uber Health credits. No portion of any spend qualifying for Uber Health credits constitutes consideration paid for such credits. Uber Health credits cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

  • Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claims reducing the amount owed will be subtracted from your organization’s progress toward each spend threshold.

  • Account and Dashboard Limitations: Organizations can only receive Uber Health credits for eligible spend associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard. Uber reserves the right to combine or cancel multiple Corporate Accounts or Dashboards for a single organization.

  • Geography and Availability: Uber Health credits may only be redeemed for eligible spend within the United States and are not usable in locations where eligible Uber services are unavailable. Offer not available to government or quasi-government entities, or entities otherwise owned, controlled by, or created by a government entity.

  • Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Uber Health credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the Uber Health General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or canceled, any spend on that account will not count toward the spend requirement and any earned credits will be forfeited. Uber is not responsible for unauthorized use of Uber Health credits.

  • Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms. The Offer Eligibility End Date may be extended, shortened, or amended by Uber. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
